What is the 3 Day Refresh?

The 3-Day Refresh is a simple, straightforward nutrition program that will help cleanse your body and improve the way you feel. You eat REAL foods and will not be starving yourself! It is a low calorie program (about 900 calories a day) but the shakes and fresh fruit and veggie options are high and protein and fiber to help keep you full.

For 3 days you’ll follow a program of 3 shakes a day, a fiber drink, plenty of water, plus fresh fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats throughout the day to keep your energy and metabolism going. The shakes consist of 1 superfood Shakeology shake and 2 high-protein shakes to help keep you full.

This program contains no animal products and uses only plant-based proteins so it is ideal for vegetarians and vegans, too.
