First up is a definite favorite of mine, gingerbread latte! I actually much prefer this to Starbucks syrupy version. We dressed up our shakes with whipped cream for the sake of the photos but really, you don’t need it! These shakes are tasty enough on their own.
Gingerbread Latte Shakeology 🎄
1 scoop of Cafe Latte Shakeology
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon sugar free zero cal vanilla syrup (you can find this at most grocery stores in the coffee aisle – alternate option, 1 tsp of vanilla extract)
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
Add ingredients to blender, blend, and enjoy!
