It’s no secret that I am a BIG mint chocolate person. Favorite ice cream? Mint chocolate chip. Those Andes mints? Give them to me NOW. Thin mints? The sleeve is one serving size, right? I mean, wouldn’t want them to get stale. So, needless to say, one of my go-to Shakeology treats has been adding peppermint extract to my chocolate shake. But, I have never tried mint extract (apparently there’s a difference, who knew?) and it is SO GOOD. Move over peppermint, I have a new favorite accompaniment to my chocolate shake!

1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
1/2 teaspoon mint extract
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to plain unsweetened almond milk)
Add ingredients to blender, blend, and enjoy!
